Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-10
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and [registered business name] (commercial registration [CR number]), which runs Inn-ovative. They cover the hotel system and the guest app. By using either one, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Online software for managing hotel apartments, and an app where guests of participating hotels can request bookings and services.
3. Accounts
- We create owner accounts; owners create their staff accounts.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use.
4. The hotel's responsibilities
- The hotel collects its guests' data lawfully, keeps it accurate, and gets their consent where needed.
- The hotel meets its own legal duties: tourism licensing, guest registration (such as Shomoos), and tax invoices under ZATCA requirements.
- Prices, bookings and payments are between the hotel and its guest.
5. Guest app users
Booking and service requests go to the hotel, which decides whether to accept them, and payment is made to the hotel. Inn-ovative is not a party to the stay.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- try to break into or disrupt it;
- collect its data automatically;
- upload harmful content;
- share your account with others.
7. Subscription and fees
Access follows the owner's subscription and its end date. Payment is by bank transfer or STC Pay, with VAT added where it applies. When a subscription ends, access is paused until it is renewed, and the data is kept.
8. Suspension and ending
We may pause or end access for a hotel or a user:
- for breach of these terms;
- for non-payment;
- for a security risk.
An owner may stop at any time. On request, and within a reasonable time, we hand over a copy of the hotel's data or delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, and we take daily backups. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and it may stop for maintenance. Hotels should keep their own copies of important records.
10. Intellectual property
The system and its design belong to Mohammed Fadel, all rights reserved. The hotel keeps ownership of its data, and we give it the right to use the system while subscribed.
11. Liability
As far as Saudi law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Riyadh decide any dispute.
13. Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will announce significant changes. Contact: [email address], [address].
